We specialize in greenfield project origination, going beyond simply sourcing sites to deliver meaningful value by preserving our clients’ time and capital while providing informed perspective on development, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Our approach is the result of years of refinement and attention to detail, built to reduce friction and improve outcomes across the development lifecycle. The results speak for themselves: since 2023, we have originated over 400 projects totaling more than 4 GW across 20+ states.
Meet our Founders
Joe has over 25 years of development experience across the telecom and renewable energy industries. In 2005, he founded HPC Wireless and took the company to #342 on the Inc. 5000 list, with $24M in annual revenue. Since 2017, his companies have successfully originated and developed over $1B worth of energy projects. Joe prides himself on delivering exceptional customer service and value to his clients.
Since 2018, Ryan has led the origination of over 200 solar and energy storage projects, totaling over 2 GW. Ryan has lead origination campaigns in over a dozen states, with noteworthy success in the ConEd market. Ryan was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 List in 2023 for the Energy category. He is a highly motivated developer/originator with a passion for renewable energy and real estate.
Development and site selection consultant in the Telecom and Clean Energy sectors for over 20 years, having developed towers for major U.S. carriers including many self-developed towers in the Northeast via joint ventures with a select group of private equities REITs; and over $1B in energy projects originated/developed in recent years. Partnered with leaders in the wireless telecom, energy and real estate industries to develop, market and manage select sites for national wireless & energy providers.
Meet our Board of Advisors
Former Executive Vice President and President – International at SBA Communications, the eleventh largest REIT in the world (by market cap) (SBAC:Nasdaq). With a 22-year tenure at SBA, Mr. Bagwell’s leadership was pivotal from 2001 until his retirement in 2022. His prior experience includes significant roles at Sprint PCS and other cellular companies. He holds a BS Degree in Administrative Management from Clemson University.
Managing Director of Open Energy Group, a division of Amerex. A Harvard and Oxford alumnus, Michael was instrumental in shaping the operations at Open Energy, as COO and Co-Founder from 2013 through its acquisition in 2023. His expertise lies in business origination, distribution, finance and operations, alongside streamlining services for enhanced workflow and management. His previous experience includes a significant role at Morgan Stanley in London, where he specialized in structured credit and asset-backed securities.
CEO & Managing Partner, QORVAL Partners, LLC. Paul brings a proven background in business transformation and management consulting, having served in more than 87 engagements in 35 industries, managing companies, and advising private equity groups, hedge funds and family offices. He holds a BS, MBA and MPA degrees from The University of Rhode Island and a CAGS from Bryant University. Paul is a recognized leader in his field, contributing as a board member, advisor, and published author on a range of business topics.
Meet our Management team
Henry has managed origination and business development efforts for several notable renewable energy development firms in NY, PJM, and ISO-NE since joining the industry in 2017. He has years of experience of securing landowner interest and site control for distributed generation and utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Henry also has project permitting experience, which brings a development-first perspective to his origination efforts. He is a New York City local originally from Long Island, and a graduate of both Johns Hopkins University SAIS and Hamilton College.
Theresa has over 30 years of experience in various areas of real mestate in the commercial and corporate sectors as well as wireless telecommunications site selection and development with national wireless carriers and more recently renewable energy projects. She has successfully led hundreds of projects for publicly traded companies in achieving their origination goals over her career.
Miranda has several years of development experience, coming to onCORE from a premier national solar developer. In her previous role, Miranda headed the development and site acquisition for the New Mexico community solar market and RFP. Miranda has a passion for renewables and takes pride in being a highly organized developer and project manager with a knack for building relationships with landowners.
Corey has several years of development experience, coming to onCORE from a premier national solar & BESS developer. In his previous role, Corey conducted land campaigns and origination across the northeast for both Solar and BESS projects. Since joining onCORE, Corey has thrived in his role overseeing all siting and land campaigns across 20+ states for Solar, BESS, data centers, EV charging stations and more.
